If you arrive by car it is possible to book an underground parking space (10 minutes away from the hotel) at the cost of CHF 8.- / EURO 5.- per day (only possible if you stay longer than 5 nights). A limited number of parking spaces are available directly at the hotel (CHF 10.- per night, 4 nights and more: free of charge) |

If you travel to the hotel by train, we recommend that you take a taxi from the station. The cost is about CHF 15.- / euro 10.- plus extra for luggage |

All prices stated in euros are for orientation purposes only (1 euro = 1.50 CHF). When settling accounts we convert the currency at the currently valid daily rate |

We accept the following means of payment for hotel bills:
- EC debit cards / Swiss Postcard debit card
- Swiss francs / euros in cash
- EDC/Maestro debit cards, Visa and Mastercard (from Frs. 200.-)
(Foreign cards will be charged in your local currancy) |

We charge CHF 12.- / euro 8.- per day for your dog (without food). Your four-legged friend must be kept on a leash in all areas of the hotel |

The following cancellation conditions apply after reservations have been made at the Hotel Hohe Promenade |

29 to 15 days before scheduled arrival: |
50 % of total booking value |

14 to 7 days before scheduled arrival: |
75 % of total booking value |

Less than 7 days before scheduled arrival: |
100 % of total booking value |

|
Guests arriving later than and/or leaving earlier than the booked dates will be charged the full room price booked
To protect both parties from unpleasant circumstances, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the Schweizerische Mobiliar insurance company.
