Booking Conditions All prices are per person unless otherwise indicated. To combine different reductions is not possible. Sauna and fitness club are available free of charge to our guests Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00 A limited number of parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. The underground car park is free of charge to holders of the Arosa Card. If you travel to the hotel by train, we recommend that you take a taxi from the station. The cost is about CHF 15.- / euro 9.50 plus extra for luggage All prices stated in euros are for orientation purposes only (1 euro = 1.60 CHF). When settling accounts we convert the currency at the currently valid daily rate We accept the following means of payment for hotel bills: - EC debit cards / Swiss Postcard debit card - Swiss francs / euros in cash - EDC/Maestro debit cards, Visa and Mastercard (from Frs. 200.-) (Foreign cards will be charged in your local currancy) We charge CHF 12.- / euro 7.7 per day for your dog (without food). Your four-legged friend must be kept on a leash in all areas of the hotel Cancellations: The following cancellation conditions apply after reservations have been made at the Hotel Hohe Promenade Up to 30 days before scheduled arrival: no cancellation charge 29 to 15 days before scheduled arrival: 50 % of total booking value 14 to 7 days before scheduled arrival: 75 % of total booking value Less than 7 days before scheduled arrival: 100 % of total booking value Guests arriving later than and/or leaving earlier than the booked dates will be charged the full room price booked To protect both parties from unpleasant circumstances, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with the Schweizerische Mobiliar insurance company. Costs: Individuals and households of several persons (the prices of the packages booked for all persons are added together): 3% of the total booking value
